Ramiro Alejandre and Maria Gargano Reeves are principals of Bradleys Hermetics, Inc. which is a 45 year old manufacturer and distributor of industrial & commercial air conditioning and refrigeration compressor parts.

Bradleys Hermetics, Inc., serving customers in over 50 countries, was acquired by Ramiro and Maria in 2002 and in 2007 expanded its operations to include the manufacturing of pistons, rods and gaskets.

BHI was the first manufacturer/distributor in its industry to offer online ordering, launching its website in 2003. Today, air conditioning professionals worldwide can select and order over 24,000 compressor parts with a click of the mouse.

BHI routinely mentors smaller companies to guide them through the exporting process. Its senior management is actively teaching graduate-level accounting and business courses at The University of the Incarnate Word.

Both Maria and Ram are active in the community, volunteering countless hours to Big Brother/Sister of the Coastal Bend and many youth organizations.
